yeah: just swap the output shaft of the transmission to 27spline or the input of the t-case to 32spline (latter being preferable).
so is the BW 4485 from the later Denali/Escalade/etc
as for the 32spline input shafts, there's a guy on here who's been making them for a decade.
It's the coupler in the transfer case that gets re-splined at least on the NVG149. Other cases like the 4x4 case that are used in both the 1500 and 2500 applications you can just purchase an Oem coupler that already has the correct spline.
You Should never put a 27 Spline output shaft in a 4L80e unless you enjoy Blowing Big Trannies...
Finished cleaning up the axle and hit it with a quick coat of primer just so it doesn't flash rust overnight. Also smoothed the caliper faces even though it's not necessary for clearance on this set of wheels you never know what the future holds and I think they look better smooth-faced. Pulled off the 1350 yoke and slapped on the 1410 while I was fiddle phucking around as well.

What would you do to get rid of the speed bump? I really don't care because the runs in the chassis saver paint will probably be more noticable but curious as to what the procedure would be.
