building a fuel cell.
 
Heres some pics of a fuel cell I'm building for a member. Its going to bolt in where the spare tire mounts. It will also be sumped and baffeld. Im hoping to have the rest of the material here tomorrow and should be done by Friday.

How many gallons? Is that an optic eye plasma or cnc? Why not .090/.125 alum?

Its going to be about 21-23 gallons once complete. He wanted it out of stainless because he is going to use e-85. Apperently e-85 eats thru aluminum over time. I'm not 100% sure on that but thats why SS was used instead of alum. I have a torchmate cnc plasma.

I got the rest of the material cut and had it bent this moring. Should be welded by Friday afternoon.

Is this designed for a stock fuel bucket? I am likeing what I see so far. Interested in seeing completed and installed pics. :D

Sure is, I made it to fit the stock pump. Should turn out really good.
