"Blu" the Generic Made Chevy...

Do you have any pics of inside the bed after tubbing? I too have a step side, and would like to know how much your tubs protrude into the bed. Mine is still my daily, so I would like to keep some utility with it. Great looking start to this project.

As soon as its finished I will post up pics.
There was not modification to the frame other then a C-Notch so I would imagine it would go no further in then the frame, which is not really that much.
Thanks man!

What's your engine set up?
You and me both man!
Well, I went to Kens shop Friday. He was working on tubbing the bed and setting up the rear end/ladder bars.
Decided to go with a full Chomolly cage, Kirkey race seats, and a fire safe system.
Also ended up going with a set of Brodix BR7 heads that Chris @ Frankenstein Racing heads had already worked his magic on. The guy that was getting them made backed out on them so I got them for 1250 less then they were worth. They already have Jesel rockers also and should only flow slightly less then the much more expensive All Pro's. He is currently port matching the Holley Hi-Ram intake manifold to them and installing the valvetrain.
Still at least three months out from completion but its slowly getting there.
The trans should be done soon. Which is a Jakes Stage 4 and a TCS 4400-4600 stall, Jakes will be dyno testing it also.
Within the month the motor will be done also. So all that will be holding it up is getting the chassis done and then installing everything.
