I will check again but when I did initial tune I had the vcm scanner going and I went to the TB and turned it up wide open with my hand where the cable would connect. It read 100, so I am guessing it’s my pedal travel or cable. I know under the carpet under the pedal there is a plastic raised part that I could cut to give it more room. Last resort maybe

If the TPS will read 100% manually, then yes. It's your adjustment.

You may try the second position and try adjusting the cable as well. It could affect the way the blade opens.

I got my wife out there to push on the pedal while I watched the TB. Pedal hits the floor and scanner shows 80 percent. Looking at the blade its not all the way open, I grab the mount location for cable and pull it another half inch to get to 100 percent. So I will try that other hole if that doesnt work I will make more room on the floor .

Got the TB stuff figured out pretty much. Was installing my wideband. The muffler guy put the dang bung in a bend of all places, how detrimental is that? The orientation and distance from header is good.

Don’t see how it could be detrimental.

I dont think that's will affect it much. But I am no Pro either...

Did you use the second hole and adjust accordingly for the TB to fix it?

Moving to the other hole got me about five percent more. Ended up having to trim some of the plastic liner under the carpet. That’s got me to 100 percent right at the bottom of floor.
Well I always thought the wideband needed to be in a straight for accuracy. I email pat to make sure before doing some logging and running all they wire.
