Sounds like a plan, was trying to avoid sharp turns but it’s going to have to have some.

keep running into little things that I should have noticed before hand. I guess as I work around the engine hooking things up I find what I need. Anyways the lsa blower came with a red 3 bar map sensor. Which should be good, I cant run a 2 bar I dont think. With that said, my map connector wont match to it. So would easiest be a conversion connector as seen below. Many different kinds but had good luck from ICT. I mean I could maybe buy the pigtail for lsa then solder the wires together.

Wiring adapters are lazy and ugly... but do work. The physical connector must be different so you can't repin it? I would just buy the connector housing and pins and terminate it to the correct wires.

ya I found both pinouts for gen 3 and lsa map. I am trying to figure out what I am going to if I need a 3 bar, because my P01 ecm wont support it. I think easiest route is get a p59 ecm that support both flex and 3 bar

I am glad I stepped back and did some research on what I needed. The stock 3bar that comes on lsa lid I dont need, I wont be running boost up that high to where I need it. With my setup I am looking at 10-12psi. That said, I can run a 2 bar map sensor that should plug right in to my connector. Just use the gromet from 3bar to snug it up. Apparently with a 2 bar you cant tune to a finer amount, the rows increment in 10's compared to 20 with a 3 bar. I will keep my p01 ecm and probably just flash 2002 tahoe flex fuel OS. This seems to be the common way to go on older trucks. Could be wrong though.

From what I am reading as long as the map sensor has this number on the top of it its the two bar people run 12615136. Has a red label as well. Lots of back and forth with people saying its a 2.5 bar.

Well not much for an update more like a rant. I have got a lot of parts just sitting but no time and days are short. In this whole project I didnt think the fuel setup was going to be the biggest headache. I guess when you are rebuilding whole thing you have a lot to choose from. You have a ton of vendors for hoses, hose types, and the fittings my god the fittings and how the prices are so skewed. Whats even better is one place might have all you need except one then you have to buy it from another vendor. From what I can tell racetronix and fragola has you covered and they are reasonable. Earls are great I am sure but double.
Decided on how I am going to run it, using 8an PTFE feed to filter, then sensor, that will Y and go to the front of each fuel rail. Going to use the back of the rails to go to regulator then a 6an to return to tank. Keeping the front of blower as clean as I can since there is a lot going on there. Hinson had a sweet deal for black friday on fuel pumps so hard to pass up, will run dual 255's with a hobs switch to a fuel labs filter.
