What did you cut the frame with, and could you post some pics of how you merged the frame back together?

Lol just want a change, already had an arrival blue truck, I loved it, but this one isnt going to be a show truck, and white doesnt show chips and scratches so bad.
Cut the frame with a grinder and zip disc. The last picture of the rear frame is exactly how it was when I slid it into the section of frame the cab is on, it literally slid right into place, just lined it up where the old welds were and rewelded it.

Decided to section my downpipe and make it a true 4'' instead of the typical 3", figured now was a good time to do it while I was waiting for other parts instead of 6 months down the road when the mods come.


Also ran a homemade 5" exhaust all the way back from the 4" downpipe. Also my new rearmost shock cross member can be seen here. What cant be see is how far the bed mounts were moved forward as well as the 5.5" I had to cut off the very back of the frame


and just for fun, small moose that was outside my bedroom window when I woke up the other morning


Right now Im just waiting for my new spring perches for the front of the rear leaf springs, once those come in I can install the fuel tank and throw the bed back on. So Im kind of at a stand still at this point.

Trying to keep her clean, just a nice small 4wd, no brush guard on this one, sleek lines, I got a bit of a lift on her to make her stand taller

Progress has started again. I got my leaf spring hangars today so I went ahead and installed them, got the truck back on its own wheels.

Painting some more of the frame tomorrow now that I got more por15, putting the fuel tank in tomorrow and getting the bed ready to go on.
