well i been slack about updating lol but i did get it running, was having problems with fuel pressure being steady and wasnt sure if it was the regulator or not enough fuel pump, before i could get that fixed though i was coming home and started hearing alot of valve train noise, ended up spinning a cam bearing and i think i lost oil pressure but my gauges were acting up so i'm not sure.

ended up calling AES and getting a forged 390, got it a couple of weeks ago and i've been working on getting it all back together also got an ebay intercooler and radiator to put in while everything was torn apart.

truck is alive again! drove it around the block really quick but it got warm fast with no fans lol.

still having a little issue with fuel pressure not being steady, i swapped out the fuel rail and regulator to a different unit so now i have to pull the bed again and put the inline pump back on which will be fun, once i get the harness from Nelson i can go back to tuning on this bitch! so nice to have it running and driving again!!!!!!

hey man nice build. Just noticed u were from sav ga. I am about a hour out from ya.

 

thanks i've been driving it around some today working on the tune, blew a radiator hose in the driveway and burned the **** out of my finger lol, had to go and double check a whole bunch of stuff after that since i got paranoid. gonna wash it tomorrow and take a video sure feels good to be driving it again.
