rather productive today after the festivities last night..got it all back together and on the road..brakes took a little work to do, had to bleed the master, then the brakes, take it down a dirt road and get abs to fire a few times, bleed the brakes again, abs again, and bleed brakes and now we are good to go..

sitting just under 30" in the rear and 30 7/8 in the front. Gonna let it settle and find what height i want before i get it aligned..havent adjusted camber yet in the pics but it.drives and rides pretty legit. ****** seems slammed for a 4/6

dont mind the body haha, thats next on the list

hell ya i think so. I took it down a nice dirt road along the railroad to bleed the abs..it was grown over and rough, but i had no trouble on it and wouldnt worry about getting stuck..i have a fairly steep driveway and would occasionaly drag the hitch on the tahoe backing up, but with the truck and no hitch, i dont have a problem. granted i only have 10 miles on it but it will be nice to have the z71 skid plates at times haha

Cant wait to keep moving on it. Gonna get a estimate on the rockers, cab corners and wheel archs next week and go from there..

Looks great man!!

I'm currently looking for a 06' RCSB z71. I wanted to do a 4/6 drop but that might be a little low for me on a DD. Is there any combo's out there for a 3/5 drop?

i would start with a flip kit in rear and add a lift shackle..much easier then trying to do hangers and shackles and then only being at 4", plus you will want to go 6" once you do it lol..you can use the djm arms and stock keys for a 3" in front, i added djm keys for the 4"

So a lift shackle would be ''shorter'' correct? I was thinking drop spindles in the front and taking the drop keys off my 95' for the front.
