I called ORD years ago when I killed my second 10bolt in a matter of months with a bolt on 4.8. They sold me on one of their 55in shackle style ladder bars and the same 10b has been fine for years of supercharged abuse. Could not be happier with their products and customer service.

Plus those kevlar bushings are pretty cool. I remember reading an article about them when they released.

That's good to hear. I'm not worried about axles. Pretty certain this 350 isn't stressing the 14bff or D60 under this rig haha.

Woohoo!!! Parts are shipping!! Stuff should start rolling in on Monday. Except the springs. Those are still several weeks away. I also added in new bump stops to replace the factory ones.

Old one off. Not terrible except for the relief cut in the y-pipe for the driveshaft. Apparently this truck may or may not have had emissions judging by the remnants of what looks like an O2 sensor and the ECS controlled distributor I pulled out a few weeks ago.

Got
the headers on. They fit surprisingly well. I've got a touch of concern on the passenger collector next to the driveshaft. It's tight and I'll have to watch the direction the flange is rotated and even then it might have a date with a grinder. I had to remove what looks like an aftermarket bump stop bracket from the passenger side to get it in. There are 3 bump stops on the passenger side and none of them look bigger stock. Glad I've got new ones on the way.

Hopefully after lunch and getting the kids down for a nap I can start piecing together the rest of the exhaust.

Looks like a redneck finished off a 12 pack while the old exhaust was being installed lol 😂

that one side does look like you need to get creative with the pipes

how did it sound with open headers?

I'm running the piping straight back so I shouldn't have to many issues. Doing a true dual with H pipe.

Once I get the battery ground moved and bolted down (was previously connected to the exhaust manifold), I'll fire it up open headered. I'm sure my neighbors will love it.

Definitely fits the image better haha. I'm still planning on an H-pipe to smooth it out but ya, it sounds WAY better now.

Bump stops!!! Gotta be way better than the stockers that are on there. Yes, this truck has 6" of suspension lift and still has the stock bump stops.

Thursday the bulk of the new suspension arrives with exception of the springs. Was supposed to arrive tomorrow but UPS updated it's delivery date. Bastards.
