The previous battery was 7 years old and had been shorted a few times and been used in various methods for the last 4 years while I got this up and running. It sat on a maintainer that whole time but it didn’t owe me anything. I don’t think the pump caused it to die.

Could be the sock in the tank. Didn’t look dirty when I pulled it out a few weeks ago but I can grab a new one cheap enough. I’ve got a replacement filter for the inline 100 micron.

I used the ptfe tubing from inside the braided line I used for the fuel system to replace the broken hose.

New relay. New fuel filter. Went to prime it. Saw it go to 10psi and no higher. Couldn’t hear the pump run after that. Good thing I had already pinged Heath to get me a quote for a new pump. Oh well.
