Found the noise. Rear seat latches. Put some hose over them and problem solved.
Fixed the learn issue to. Drove around for a while in all the spots. Was seeing anywhere from -10 to 25%. Got home and wanted to look at the fuel learn table. Realized then that I guess I needed to run a datalog for it to actually log it. Dumbass.

The issue with that is that unless you ask for very specific details, it will only return generic results. So if you don't know the right questions to ask, you won't get the right data. I'd much rather spend time searching forums and developing my knowledge that way as I can take in all the data and start formulating how I want it to search. Can't tell you how many times I've stumbled upon my answer from just going down rabbit holes and finding that one obscure post that has the answer I'm looking for or sparks the thought to revise my search.

So I was cruising along at 60 and suddenly the motor coughed and AFR’s were at 35. Got to a parking spot and endured a significant amount of heckling from my family and a buddy who was passing by for running out of gas. Wife brings me 10gal. I get it fired up but it’s running like **** and the fuel pressure gauge is reading zero.
Make it to the gas station a quarter mile away and leave it idling while I add another 10gal. It died and now it won’t fire. I had a log going but forgot to hit stop log before I turned it off and tried to crank it again.
I’ve got 20gal of gas in it. I can hear. The pump running but it won’t fire. The gauge will barely lift off of 0psi. I’m going to crack a line tomorrow and see if there’s much coming out but I’m not keeping my hopes up.

Drove the truck 3 weeks ago. Everything was good on the way out but on the way back it started running real lean again. Like 18-20afr. Made it home and on the last bump turning to the neighborhood the afr’s went back to 12-13s.
Went to drive it yesterday and the battery was dead. Swapped it and fired it up and while idling it was at 57psi fuel pressure.
Took it to the store and it was constantly trying to add 27-50% fuel and the afr’s were 12-14. Got back home and checked the pressure and it was down to 12psi.
Kinda at a loss. I’ve got a new fuel filter to throw on but not holding much hope. I’m wondering if maybe my relay is failing? It’s just a 30a but it’s warm to the touch.
Thoughts?

Just thinking about your last issue with the blown out fuel hose and now symptoms of a flow reduction and high current draw, the fuel filter or some other obstruction sounds plausible. If the relay contact is failing internally, it will eventually self destruct. There could be a bad connection elsewhere in the circuit causing the extra resistance and current draw as well. However, it would only be when the fuel pump circuit is activated so would not be the cause of the dead battery. I think the two issues are exclusive. BTW, what material was used for the new fuel line coupler?
