Installed the rear end and Caltracs over the last few weeks. Finally rolled it back into the garage, installed the engine and 4l80e, Started working on mounting the inter cooler and pipping, Had to cut the cast stainless manifold and move the turbo to clear the coil. It was just to close for my liking. Made aluminum radiator lines. Started installing the fuse block, body harness. Hopefully will be sending items to powder coat this next week.

Rear end installed with CalTracs

First half of the inter cooler and lower radiator hose.

Well its been stupid hot here so not a lot of work on the truck some progress is still progress right? Finished up the down pipe, started the fuel cell install, mounted the battery box, had a new bed liner sprayed in, Installed shorter coil over springs the truck sits much better and has some spring in the suspension now.

Didn't like the first cross member set up. made this

made some changes to the crossover pipe.

new trans mount

installed the 20 gal fuel cell. Holley twin 450 pump assembly

Taylor battery box with new re top optima battery.

Looks good. What size DP and did you put a flex joint in the crossover pipe?

The down pipe as well as the entire exhaust is 3.5" stainless. And we did put a flex joint in the crossover but after researching more about them we found out that they crack over time so I took it out.

Looks really good. Nice work. I like the hardlines, I did the same for my fuel system and steam vents. Worked great.

I love the hard line fuel line look with that Intake. I was thinking of going hard line. Did you bend everything or buy a kit? Also is that the ls3 or L99 whatever water pump with the outlet straight and on the passenger side? I want to run that also for intercooler pipe touting and truck spacing accessories
