Thanks - looking to add the true dual exhaust next week and then on to the transmission tweak followed by the Hotchkis anti-sway bar kit. Adding the Calvert 9-way adjustable shocks to the rear end after installing the lowering kit made a world of difference.

Pics of the new rear end and gauges I put in a while ago. Had to replace the US Gears Ring and Pinion 3.73 set - just wouldn't set up right and whined like hell. Dropped in a Motive set and no worries. Mounted a set of halo front headlights this morning well but pics come out like crap in the light - will post when it gets dark.

Keep throwing a P0300 code - have to get the CASE re-learn done soon. Engine is a beast, however. After the 1,000 mile break-in period, decided to give it 3/4 throttle @ 45 mph and hit 6,500 rpm stood sill while the tires smoked in place for 50' and chirped hard into 3rd...freakin' awesome. Replaced the K&N with a Banks Ram Air and dropped on the CalTracs this weekend. 34" radiator, fans, and PCM add for the e-fans next, followed by some big front brakes - gotta take a break after that.

Met up with Justin from BB in Charlotte to tweak the tune and man has it made a world of difference. The mail order tune was good to get the stroker running but the live tune really dialed it in. Got rid of the random misfires and now she runs like a charm. Adding a Trick stage III kit later on in the year & getting the tranny built next month. Really loving the increased power in this light *** stepside beast.

Just had the tranny redone to match the motor - new street/strip billet 2800 converter as well. Just need to send the PCM off to Justin to tweak the tune to get the most out of it. Big brakes are next and then on to a true duel exhaust system before the turbo. Tires are shot at this point...go figure

Did you bore the 4.8 to 5.7, then add the crank?

Sorry for the late post - been away. Actually, we bored out the 4.8 to a 6.3 and used an Eagle SB 383 rotating assembly. Have about 10k on it now and its just starting to hit it's sweet spot...
