Good deal to me means the person selling it has no clue what it's worth.

for 3500 I would pass. "bad injector" could be all 8 going out, the HPOP taking a crap, or any combination of those.

If it is the old 7.3 the injectors are easy to change and not a ton of money but be prepared to change all of them. If it a egr type stay away

That's a good deal my cousin just bought a '97 7.3 with alittle over 300k on the clock. It didn't run when he go it but we put a PCM in it and it fired right up and hauls ***! lol he pulls big trailers and it pulls them very easily they are great trucks I would recommend them to anyone and injectors are easy to do but you will have almost 1,000 dollars in injectors but you should never have to change them again lol and if I was you I would get stage 1's bc they are the same price on some sites but on others they are alittle more but the same price as stage 2's so get them lol not sure if you'll have to get a bigger hpop with stage 2's or not tho
