Good luck man! Are you doing raw or equipped? I've done a few meets in the past and thought about doing another one, just hard to find the time to train properly,

I'm doing raw. Gives me something to stay inspired about and I just really enjoy it. My 1st and only competition on 3-25-17 I did 137.5 kg but I've moved up a bit. Last year tendinitis so I couldn't. And you really should get back to it I don't think I'll ever stop long as I stay healthy.

Thank you. It is key in the smaller weight classes to carry as much muscle as possible. I'll still have to dehydrate a few lbs to prep for weigh in. Glad when it's over...very stressful.

Alright guy's I guess I really need your prayers if I'm gonna do this and be successful. Saturday the 9th on my next to last heavy workout I had a bad hand off and it flared my right shoulder badly and I felt a pop. I got the 1st appt. available at my orthopedic surgeons office Thursday the 14th (TX Rangers surgeon) that repaired it 7 years ago. The PA gave me Celebrex, an anti inflammatory and I had severe side effects on my last workout. I think my shoulder is good at least thank God. Now I think I may have the flu. Gonna go to a doc tomorrow to try to get some help. I've been training for this for 6 months and I don't want to fail. Prayers please...want that record back. Thanks brothers I appreciate you.
