I think I will be adding a small dry shot to get my 4900# fat bitch out the hole with this new motor...50-100 shot most likely...
a friend used to spray a 100 shot out of the hole and it would increase his stall flash by 1k rpm...

Because of the horsepower-torque relationship, at low rpm a 125 shot could potentially make another 300 lbs/ft of torque at 2000. In other words, like it was said already, it would be best to get up on the converter before you do.

i guess you guys leave me no other choice than to try it.

maybe next week i can make it to the track and let you guys know the outcome.

I spray out of the hole, but leave with the trans-brake @ 3300 RPM in 4WD.

x2, i spray 150 off the line and don't hook to well with my 27" et streets. I have to borrow my friends 28" hoosiers to hook well.

i was sprayin 175 shot out of the whole with 27'' et streets and was not having problems hooking but i think it was a lot to do with the track prep.

I spray out of the hole on a 175 also. I stab it from an idle makes my converter flash 3800+, I have a little trouble with wheel slip but I'm running bone stock suspension, with 28" Hoosiers. My best 60ft. is a 1.80, but I'm working on that.
