Default relieve fuel rail pressure on 2014 Silverado

Anyone made a connection on the fuel rail on the 2014 Silverado 6.2L? Wondering how you back the pressure off.

Are you going to service something or need to disconnect it??

Pulling the relay or fuse controlling the fuel pump or direct injection system should be all thats needed. Just try to start it and wait for it to die.

I would just assume that it's no different than a stanard fuel rail, it prolly has a scharder valve too.

I couldn't find a shrader valve like what was on my 2010. I bought the nitrous express fuel adapter for the 2014. It goes between the fuel line connection and the rail. I'll do like you suggested and try to pull the fuse and run it until it uses the fuel.

It should be like a normal truck as long as its disconnected before the DI fuel pump. Pull the fuel pump fuse/relay and let it run till it dies.

Silly question I know but have you talked to NX about it, instructions on install, etc?

You can bleed off pressure as stated above with no problems, or you can just wait a little bit and the pressure should bleed off a little bit naturally then you can take the line off. Keep in mind that there will be a little residual fuel in the line. No matter what you do you need to have a rag to catch any access fuel that may come out.
