Default Purge valve leaking

So I got around to installing my purge today, once I got it installed in hooked the bottle up to check for leaks, well it's leaking from the purge port and the n2o port, I tighten everything up and it still leaks, so I tighten it up some more and still leaks, I'm afraid if I try to tightne anymore I will mess the threads up, it's brand new just ordered it a few weeks ago so I don't know what would be causing it, i checked to see if their was anything on the threads and nothing, any input would help, thanks.

Is it leaking from the threads or acting like the solenoid is open?

Did you use Teflon paste or thread locker? If not, then that is the problem. The fittings that go into the solenoids are NTP.
