Nitrous hp question
Ok so i have a nitrous express mainline kit with a Dynotune 90mm plate kit. I am using Nitrous express jets for 150 plate which are 62/34.
I went to dyno last week and came up a bit puzzled. All the pulls were in 2nd gear. My N/A was 339 hp/ 307 tq My nitrous was 429 hp/ 459 tq. My afr was good at 12.5 ish. My normal timing is 27* and when the system is armed 5 degrees are pulled. Everything looked great from that end. My issue is why did I see 150 tq but 90 hp on a 150 shot.
I called NE and they suggested I jet for Dynotunes plate. So i called them. He said I could bump it up in the no2 jet but I should up the timing. Not a great idea but also we played with timing and when we bumped it up we lost power.
SO what am I missing? Im not shooting for high numbers I just expected more then a 90 hp difference. Should I bump the no2 jet. Or was it because I was in 2nd and didn't have enough time for pressure to build on the shot?
I am new to this and would appreciate any help and no I did not pull plugs.
Thanks for looking

Are the solenoids brand new or used? The nx mainline solenoid has a small .078 orifice.. If at one time you had left pressure on the line for a long period of time, you more than likely dimpled the plunger inside the solenoid.. When that happens the center of the dimple hangs down and restricts flow of the nitrous. Since its already .078 orifice it doesn't take much to restrict the flow to below what a .062 jet will flow.

That depends on the jet and fuel pressure.. I picked up .7 in the 1/4 at what we first thought was a perfect tune with going to a bigger solenoid that had a new plunger. Same fuel pressure and same fuel jets.

Take the nut off the top of the solenoid and pull the coil off. Then using the nut off the fuel solenoid, double nut on the tower and remove the tower and the plunger will be in there. Don't lose that oring. On the bottom of the plunger if there's a circle in it, then it's dimpled and needs replaced.

I found a circle in the bottom. I also found that my intake screen is clogged. I called nx and they suggest just replacing the whole thing since the kit is 50 and the solenoid is 80. My question is should I rebuild and be happy or put a bigger noid in. This is as big if a jet that I am going. And I am planning a turbo build
