nitrous for hemi ram?
 

i just picked up a 2003 standard cab hemi ram yesterday and have been looking into modding them for awhile now. now that i have one i have been thinking of a nitrous kit. but which one should i get? nitrous express has one that is good for up to 125hp and says that it doesnt require fuel upgrades or timing adjustments. is that a good kit to use for my ram? how much can i spray safely on the hemi? i cant afford to blow up my motor cause this is my daily driver so i was thinking of starting with a 75 shot then moving up to a 100 shot eventually. so basically want to know which kit you would recommend and is there anything else i need to install with the kit?

Our systems come with 300hp " LifeTime " warranty solenoids, 800hp High Flow Bottle Valve w/ 2 Gauge Ports, Stainless Steel quick release Bottle Brackets, And is backed by the BEST CUSTOMER SERVIVE IN THE BUSINESS :). There are many different accessories that you can get with the system ex. Window Switch, Bottle Heater, Purge Kit, N20 Pressure Gauge, Remote Opener, FPSS ( Fuel Pressure Saftey Switch ), Etc. If you only get few accessories then I would get a Window Switch / FPSS / N20 Pressure Gauge ( <-- Must Haves ) and a Bottle Heater ( <-- Is needed but not a Must Have ).

You can hit the HEMI with a 150 shot with only a few basic upgrades. A few more goodies and you can do 2 stages to about a 225 shot, although anything over 150 really puts your pistons at risk due to the weak ring lands.

yeah i put a 125 shot on a hemi with a cai and headers last week, that thing runs like a champ.
