Nitrous Explosion!
#27
There's one wherevthe guy blew his car up, and a good amount of his house garage.
Or the one the separated is cab from the rest of the truck.
Those were actual bottle explosions.
1) had 2 burst docs installed.
1) was the bottle had been heated with a torch no telling how many time.
Luckily no one was hurt.

No headers yet but I'm actually thinking about it now. I like the stealth of sounding stock a lot but maybe its time to take this fuel system closer to its limits after the summer is done. I could also see a 6.2, headers and maybe meth in the future. Just don't want to trash the thing I love it too much! Always gonna be my money maker DD.

This pic is the reason, or at least the fear of what might happen if I mounted my 64# mother bottle in the bed of my Silverado. Black bed cover and low ventilation. Sounded like a great idea until I thought about the many safety reasons why not to. It's kind of a DD too.

Thank God I don't have nitrous horror stories but I always kept the bottle off unless I was right about to use it. When it wasn't in use I kept a cap on it with the bottle valve open that way I could always watch the pressure in the bottle, it was always covered so that the sun couldn't get to it, and in the summer I didn't keep it in the car during the day, I would take it out and take it with me or leave it at home.. Nitrous can be a pain in the ***, but it's a hell of a lot of fun.
Glad nobody was hurt in this case.
