My Nitrous Kit Install

This will help and should hide it fully, but to build a plate that is more hidden wouldn't be hard and I am sure if one was made it would sell like hot cakes!

Everyone on here and LS1 said the turbo(GT-76) I had was too small for my application. Yeh, still on the low cr engine.
I got another GT-76 so I can make it a twin turbo instead but it will take me a little time to get in all done up.
200 shot or whatever it takes to beat you, lol. j/k
I just want to have a little fun while I put together the TT setup.

I ran the last two(TPS and RPM) wires needed and wire loomed everything. Put the progressive controller in the glove box with plenty of length to be able to hold it in my hand from the drivers seat if needed. The last step is to crimp/solder the connector to the wire and attaches it to the t-tap I put on the Purple wire from the TPS. And same for the RPM from the coil connector.

You can see the wire loom I ran only because it is new compared to the existing loom that is dirty.

For now I will be limited to spraying a small shot as I am still on the stock fuel pump. I need a dedicated and/or dual in-tank setup for a larger shot.

I finally got a chance to crawl under the truck and take a pic of the hole with rubber plug. There are two that can be used to run the nitrous main feed line through. One is in the front(the one I used) and the other is in the rear of the cab. They are both directly under the door sill that runs the length of the door and up to the rear of the cab.
Here is the one I used. I will be using the existing rubber plug as a seal I just need to drill a whole large enough to push the line through.

Here is the one near the rear of the cab.

I had connected the Blue wire from the Progressive to the factory(Purple) TPS output wire and the Green wire from the Progressive to the coil(tach) which is the second wire from the right on the driver side coil connector no matter what color it is.
I went to the track and tried to spray but it was not working. It turned out to be the TPS wire. On my truck the correct wire was the Green one. There is a difference depending on model year so you will have to try the Green and Purple to see which one works for you.
Everything is good now and I even had time to install the switch panel.
