99-06 Intake manifold with NX Direct port

We just did this for a customer that was dead set on keeping his stock intake manifold. Turned out pretty nice.

Nice. I'm wanting to squeeze our '03 Escalade ESV and have looked at your kits. What's the set up cost and what other modifications are needed to support it? Thanks.

Looks sick. That on my intake would be nasty!

Agreed!!!:burnout:

jjspinna 02-03-2015 07:29 PM

Any chance the factory cover still works? With everything covered it would really give it a sleeper look

03sierraslt 02-03-2015 07:36 PM

That looks bad ass.

Badasschevillac 02-04-2015 08:44 AM

That's a sick looking setup NX!!

Do you have a thread on how you did that intake? Thanks

I will pm you a quote on both. :)

SlowDude 03-21-2015 05:16 AM

I’ll take both quotes too. I’m in the market now for a goodsetup. Take a look at my cam specs. Is there a better cam to go to whilespraying?? I will be upgrading the intake and 97mm - 102mm TB... decisions, decisions.

MaDChevy95 03-23-2015 07:10 PM

Quote on stock intake?

Nitrous Express 03-25-2015 03:18 PM

Sorry for the late response.

Direct Port w/ 10lb bottle $1202

Rail Upgrade $150

Labor to plumb it $400

Total $1752 [ Turn around time is a week from the time to receive the intake ]

SlowDude 07-12-2015 04:38 PM

To hid this system under say, a TBSS intake for my Gen3 6.0 considering all the upgrages I have listed in my sig, how much power can I relistically / put to the wheels reliability speaking?

Nitrous Express 07-13-2015 10:34 AM

On the TBSS manifolds there isn't a good way to do a hidden spray bar in them. You would be better off doing a single nozzle on the bottom side of the intake tube if you are still wanting to do something and keep it pretty hidden.

On that setup you should be able to add 200hp easily

Fast6.3 07-15-2015 01:24 AM

can you pm price to plumb lsxrt I already have a nossle kit so I dont know what else I need to switch to direct port. Its on a forged 383 with a 227/233/.584/,584 113 lunati cam dart heads how much can I reliably spray with a direct port. also have dedicated fuel system for nitrous

Assuming mechanical strength of the rotating assembly is adequate...

what are the HP limits of this direct port system?

and what are the limiting factors if it is not a component of your system?

i.e. spark blow out from stock ignition, or something like that....

Thanks!

S14serge 04-14-2017 12:55 PM

What a sweet looking setup! I'm sure it performs just as good as it looks! On my wish list for sure Lol
