Default wanna swap my 96 k2500 drive train into my 96 1500 suburban

hi i have a 96 chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 that has rusted out frame blown up 5.7 and body shot and a buddy of mine gave me a 97 chevy suburban with 5.7 that is in perfect shape other than the 4l60e is shot and cant be rebuilt my 2500 has rebuild 4l80e with 5200 aprox miles on it.
I want to swap it all to the suburban do to having kids and i do haul a car trailer quite often i have both trucks in driveway with all the tools needed i hope just wanna know if anyone has any input on this i love the 4l80e is dependable unlike the 4l60e that the 97 suburban has in it i know its been rebuilt 6 time in the 195000 that the suburban has on it

so far i'm pretty sure the swap will work the only difference i found is the upper a arm is different i am planning on boxin frame in to strengthen it i mainly want a little input on it

The frames are Identical except the 3/4 ton suspension is different. The mounting points for the front differential are different and I believe the control arm mounts are slightly different. I know I had a hell of a time when trying to locate one for my wrecked 99 3/4 ton with the 454.
