So the piston with the broken skirt, was that one that looked like it had a crack down the center of it at the shoot out???

Yea. It makes total sense when looking at the piston once it was out as to why we thought it was cracked. The top of the thing was so badly scored it looks like we took a shotgun to it. We blew the ringlands off the #1 and #3 pistons (#3 pictured) and generally did a decent job of destroying things.

Holy ****, is everyone from Throwdown here!?

Looks like I'll have the truck back next Saturday. At that point I'll be swapping turbo bits, installing the new boost controller, meth kit, etc. and then back to the dyno for some fun. Got a long couple weeks ahead of me.

 

Almost!!! We are working on it. This is one of the better trucks sites on the net. 2 members from this site before the throwdown participated this year and nearly 1/2 the people that showed up were there from this site to support them.

Kurt Signed up and now you. The friends you make on this this site will always support you and when possible will be there in person to help!!!

 

 

I really can't say enough about everyone at Throwdown. Just the best group of guys anyone could ask to be around and it seems the moment everyone was done with the 1/4mi test they drove over to check on the truck and offer help.

Just a damn good group of people. My next goal is to come back and give all you suckers everything I have. Something tells me though, it won't be the truck that isn't up to par, but the driver
