Truck looks GREAT man! Are those aftermarket headlights? If so, from where?
Now, as far as performance goes, here's my take.
Longtube headers, gears, torque converter, tune. Those are the big ones that will make a difference worth the cost and effort.
"Cold" air intake and catback wont make any noticeable difference (aside form noise with the catback).
Also, avoid those "built" shortblocks. Too many failures and too many pop up companies that are suddenly LS experts with the purchase of a forum sponsorship. Stick to a junkyard motor. Cheaper and reliable.

I know haha thanks!
Even with the sponsors? that Thompson 370 has got me dreamin. No need for a converter here since I got the trusty old nv3500. Tune, 05 Fans, underdrive pulley, DT Tri Y's are the plans for the summer/fall. Then possibly gears since the 3.73 are okay but not ideal for heavy wheels and tires. 4.30's and a trutrac would be awesome.
Yes the headlights are aftermarket. They are clear Denali Projectors that are a unicorn on ebay sometimes they pop up though. They have also been retrofitted with Morimoto Mini H1 6.0's
Thank you
