Welcome, you'll find a few members on here from MN. I myself included along with InchUp. He's wrapping up a iron block'd LS1 into his GMC Sonoma. Don't be afraid to send a PM this way if you ever have any questions or need local help.

I used to love IH but not a fan of Case IH and what is now "CNH global."
When Case bought out IH i think they went down hill I mean look at the state of MN we have a manufacturing facility for Case in Benson they make cotton harvesters. Last I checked I cant grow cotton in MN
. I am young but yet remember the days when I was 6 when IH was still its own company. I run all Deere however I have a couple International Trucks(talk about something that keeps running)However all great fun just with some History.
Hirdlej, Thank you. I have been PMing with Inchup about building up an S-10 junker into a farm runaround/hauler.

nope ur right...I dont like case IH either...but lemme tell ya give me a 1206 or 1066 and Im all set!
I have 4 farmalls and one allis chalmers...on my grandfather's dairy we have a 1086, 1486 and a JD 2755 for the farm and we use some smaller tractors for haying...but JDs are really nice just pricey...if I was still farming I would have JDs for the farm work and IH for play...JDs hydraulics or 10x better...
cool to see another farmer on here...certainly a dying breed!
