Hello all...
Found this website about 4 months ago as I began researching ideas for my 2000 RCSB Silverado resurrection.
Truck has a long history. I'm the 2nd owner and bought it as my oldest son's first vehicle. Truck took him thru high school and then my next son drove it when he turned 16 until he went to college. Next, my daughter got it when she turned 16 until she left for college last month.
After three teenagers, it needed some help. Won't bore anyone with too many details, but stage 1 was an complete exterior overhaul from stem to stern. It has 261,000 miles. Is bone stock and nearly immaculate on the inside, and sports the ever-so-powerful 4.3 V6.
Swapping out the 4.3 for a 6.0 is next in the coming months.
