I have a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 with a 5.3L Vortec. My check engine light just turned on with a P0174 code. Also, my truck jerks when slowing down at about 20-25 mph not sure what it is!!!

 

That is a lean code. So check for vacuum leaks or exhaust leaks on that side. Could have broken exhaust manifold bolts. Could need intake gaskets or even fuel injector o-rings. You'll have to inspect it and possibly do a smoke test to find out why it's lean.

I'd even test fuel pressure as well.
