New member here, well nothing much to say, i own a 2000 chevy silverado rcsb 5.3 as per mods its stock and currently not running, but cirrently a project. Im from Starr County, Texas any help would be appreciated. Thanks

As per mods on the vehicle, i just want bolt ons for now. Not much into the racing scene just want to have sum sum to move around

Strictly limiting yourself to bolt-ons might get you 40-50hp over stock, for a ringer of a motor. I'd say 30ish is more the average

how much are you willing to spend and how deep are you willing to get into the motor?

Why doesnt she run? Any ideas?

Im fine with any improvements over stock and not mucho id say about 1000 but i have a long way to go. And it runs but has a misfire. Code p0300. I bought the vehicle from an uncle vehicle was parked for about 7 years but ive done fluids, rebuild transmission, plugs and wires filters new radiator and water pump. Body and Interior is rough no rust

1000 is gonna get burnt up on long tubes and a tune. You wont get very far on 1000, imo
