Default milling of 5.3 head

Hi i have a 2008 silverado that i am putting a sdpc cam 205/210 .550/.525 115 into. Would like to get the heads milled down to thinking .015" or .010" or smaller with stock head gasket, that would bump compression to 10.5:1. i think. I do have the 799 heads so stock is 9.9:1 compression.would the 7.4 push-rod be to long at that point with the new cam and will the valves touch the piston? I plan on running 35 shot of dry Nitrous what be a good cold plug to get?.

Every .006 is 1cc roughly. For a straight 10.5 cr youd need .020 off to bring down to 60-61cc to make it. At that point you would need just a tad shorter pr at a 7.375 to make it work right. 10-15 thou off youre still ok with 7.400

Use a tr6 plug
