Hello from Michigan. I have an old GMC I'm thinking of turning into an occasional drag truck. I've been thinking about it for a while now. It's a 1995 regular cab Sierra with the 305 in it. It has the NV3500 for a transmission. Since it's a Michigan truck, it has a few "speed holes" in it, but nothing too bad. I bought it a few years ago as a project, and did a bit of work to it, all mechanical. Before I had a chance to do much more, it was pressed into service as a daily driver. Anyway, for the last year or so, it's pretty much just been sitting in yard. So, I think come spring I'm going to start working on it. I don't think I'm going to do body work, because it's a little to far gone to put that kind of time and money into it. But it runs so darn well, I want to keep it and do things with it. Granted, I know it's not realistic to do too much the TBI 305, but I figure I can play around with it and learn a bit, then apply the knowledge to the next one I buy (someday) . This is an old picture. I have different mirrors on it now, and chrome rims. It's also a bit rustier, since this pic is from about four years ago. Anyway, thanks for letting me in. I hope to learn from you people
