Hey, well finally making an account and not just lurking lol. But I have a 04 SSS awd with 65k miles I bought about a year ago almost and it is in the process of being twin turbo. It’s almost done I’m just being lazy to work on it.

Are those pipes coated at all?

If not, it's going to be a toasty engine bay lol. Them pipes will turn red pretty easy.

 

I plan on wrapping them and doing everything I possibly can, turbo blanket, ect. The headers and hot side is all finger tight right now. So I could get a better idea of what I want to move or shield. Wanted to move the computer and fuse box but seems like more work than I want to do right now. But this is a temporary setup in the end anyway. Plans after I get trans and stuff I’ll play with the truck for a bit but I plan on pulling the motor and doing a full custom titanium plumbing I’m going to tig up while the motor gets forged and built, and of course bigger turbos lol.
