Small street pull with the compound turbo set up.

Cruised down to Kyle's shop today and recored this little run. Truck pull really good and we finaly got the small turbo to spool up like its supposed to. I'm seeing 4psi at 2k and full boost at 25-2600rpm!! Its pretty bad ass. Still tweaking on it but I am very pleased with the set up so far. Hope to get some track vids next week.

haha yeah I need to pull some of those lights out. The air bag light, trunk lid, service vehicle and a bunch of other unnecessary lights are on.

looks good.. was thinking of doing the same for the low end.. what things did you learn

Still learning on this set up. So far its been pretty good. Throttle response down low is great. Out of the 3 turbo set ups I've had this one feels the best. Its great down low and keeps pulling up top. The best part is that I have 300 in the short block so if it blows its not a huge set back. I have 6.0 build going on that will go in the truck as soon as this one gives. We are going to the 1/8 mile this weekend to get some track times down. I'll post up vids and time slips as soon as I get them.

I think it's funny that out of 2 turbo 408 builds you did, that the compound turbo 4.8 makes more power and is funner!!

BTW guys he's rolling on MT 275/60-15 drag radials, doing these "easy" burn outs! lol
