My POS Crew Cab
#11
Ok, it's not a POS, but it isn't as flashy as others, fair enough?
See my sig
thanks, still not sold on the wheels just yet.
Exhaust was there when I got it, still on the fence about it too. I won't go back to 17's, oem 20's all day long. I once owned a Carolla...great DD. Before I transfer to UNT (im at a community college), I will have another DD.
He just wants attention. You know, just like when you say "it's slow" or "it's stock", when your vehicle really hauls ***?
Jk about the attention part. Looks almost identical to my crew. I like the first set of wheels you had on it, and not a fan of where the exhaust exits. Overall, nice ride.
Definitely got a good LOL at the college kids part with the molding. Before you know it, you'll have a nice Carolla door into the side of your truck. I've got atleast four or five scratches on mine from the same situation.

I bought my truck in May, but was still tossing around the idea of a 6.0 swap in my Tahoe. I decided to part ways and enjoy the truck. I don't go overboard with my vehicles, just not something I can justify. This is the cleanest/nicest I have had next to my mint 98 T/A that was t-boned.
I foresee cam/stall next year, maybe more depending on if I purchase a daily.

On the broken manifold bolt, no need to pull a head, remove the cab mount bolts on the affected side and raise the cab slightly (driver side may have to separate the column shaft). I had 2 customers that I had to do this for and it works like a charm.

I like the truck. Looks really good to me, wheels and all. If this is your daily, I would have mixed emotions about lowering it as well. It has a good clean body and a nice stance. Not a show stopper, but I tell you I would stop and look if you were rolling through my town.
