Truck runs good man! Was surprised on the sc truck..a win is a win tho

 

The S/C truck is my lil brothers new truck its a TOM HENRY RACING edition don't know much about it but it looks like a copy of joe gibbs with a 5.3 with an old 112 we'll find out how much of a tune it needs next weekend. The only thing I noticed is the truck has lt's and 2.5 exhaust no cats and idk about gears we'll find out next weekend.

 

its got some gear in it idk what but i can tell..it shifts into 3rd way earlier than mine

 

Its shifts at 53-5400 rev limiter at 55-5600 don't know how much that has to do with it.

 

thats crap those shifts need to be up 6200 rev 6500
the tune thats in it must be complete junk

 

All this FI talk makes me want to save up for a SC or turbo kit. Although, I would probably rather just sell or trade my current truck in on a vehicle already boosted. You can find some really good deals out now I have noticed, where people are needing to sell their modded vehicles for cheap imo.

What made ya go with a zo6 cam?! didn't you have a 220 or something?!

 

tr220 sucked down low needed a 3600 stall and 4.10 gears
lack of bottomend and my towing needs

Very happy with the LS6 cam runs just as good up top with better bottomend
