oh great,,, its optimizing....

how long does optimizing take.....also does the file have to be in any format..like mpeg,wmv....ect.... cause i just uploaded it as a .vf file

if it uploaded and didnt give you a error it should work.. optimizing could take 5min or a week.. just wait.
