So, right now I'm looking at picking up a spare vehicle and I've pretty much narrowed it down to either a S10 or a ranger with the possibility of doing a swap next year.

I've found a couple S10's I'm looking at and I'm wondering how hard would it be to do a v8 swap?

I'm mainly looking at a manual trans model with either the 4.3 or 2.2.

What all would I need to swap out for a 350 or 305 on a 96+ S10?

I'm planning on doing a carb. system.

Get a 4.3 truck, there better for a V8 swap.
there are many V8 swap kits on the market.
just get a complete kit. I was going to do a
LS swap into my 2000 Extreme, but bought
my 2010 5.3 Colorado SS instead
