4l60 let me down in December. Lost 3-4 clutches. Just got trans. back in last week and still got to get to exhaust shop to put back together what I had to cut to remove it.

Removed all my A/C brackets and compressor and sold already, upgraded to a katech tensioner, and bought some 241 heads already ported/polished, milled .020". Ready to lose these untouched 706's and see what u can do on motor

Default exhaust manifold clearance problem LS-3 into S10 Blazer

putting an LS3 into my 1994 S10 4x4 Blazer.
I have 2010 Camero exhaust manifolds and the passenger side dumps out right above the frame.
What manifolds did you use and how did they work?
Also, what did you do about the A/C box?

I used current performance wiring brand shorty headers. But if I had to do over I'd went with stainless works long tubes or brp long tubes.

My a/c box was notched a little for cylinder head and coil pack.

Thanks, appreciate the information. I bought the brp long tubes and they work on the passenger side, but interfere with the front driveline on the driver side.
