I decided to go have my truck dyno'd to see what kinda power it was making since i was worried that the power was dropping off in the high rpms. And originally i planned to tune it as well, but thats on hold for the time being(kind of a long story)

Anyhow, the truck is rated at 220hp. The first pull turned up 184rwhp, and after 5-6 pulls it maxed out at 192rwhp with the power still climbing at 6000rpm. Which is not all that bad considering it hasnt had much in the way of tuning. i just got rid of the torque management.

While i was there i got on the subject of my poor times and the guy suggested that i try launching the truck in 2nd gear. So, i'll have to see how that works next week. Then maybe step up to the drag radials and nitrous after we can get a tune going.
