Hi, I have a 99 OBS C1500 Suburban that I am going to be re-powering for family hauler and towing another OBS truck from FL to TN. I towed this truck before with the burb with the stock L31 vortec 350 and stock 3.73 gears. Going up Mt. Eagle in TN the truck as getting 30mph and thats all she had. I am thinking about a LQ4, slightly built 4L60E, already added a True Cool 40K trans cooler and stock 3.73s. I was looking at these cams and would like your honest opinion. Summit 8718, 8719. Cam-Motion Stage 1, Comps XFI RPM 206/212, BTR Torquer cam, and Rodger from Vinci HP camshafts recommended the MT Rapid Ramp DUR @ .050" 210*/218* LIFT .587 / .595 LSA 114*4A, or I was looking at their 5-080 which is DUR @ .004" 272*/280*DUR @ .050" 210*/218*LIFT .553/.553 OVERLAP 46* LSA 116
What do you feel will suite best for a long distance hauler on 87 octane, fuel mileage and torque for towing up steep grades?

    Thank you
    Jason
