Thanks man. I might start doing research for that this week.

No sure how many I will be able to get this week. You can send a deposit to hold one like someone has done already for the new batch. Not necessary as I should be getting more than a few sets in.

I got my set in, they look awesome. I had my axles, hubs, and rotors drilled to 5 lug and will pick them up this afternoon. I will post some pics when I get it all installed. I will have to grind the rear calipers some since my wheels have such small ID.

I really want to run those wheels on my truck and have been eyeballing them for some time. Can't wait to see your install.

Update for you guys who are waiting. I expect to get a call from my guy today saying they are ready to pick up but haven't heard anything yet. So maybe it will be next week sometime. I'll keep this updated.

Whats the difference between the disk and drum axles other than the fact that they are two different ways to stop? So im guessing these wont fit the gmt900 trucks? I know my drums cant hold the rears for crap but it is easy to leave a nice smokeshow with em. Thanks

The axle housings themselves are different. The axle flange holes are clocked 45* from the disc housing putting the flange strait up and down. The four axle flange holes in my bracket would have to be cut in a different spot but could easily be done and made for the same price. The advantage to disc brakes should be better stopping power, and less heat retention for extreme braking. The discs will heat up and keep all that heat inside them causing stopping power to decrease as heat goes up. Disc brakes are much easier to cool down and keep in a safe operating range.

I don't see why they wouldn't fit the GMT900 trucks as I think the axle flange dimensions and depth are the same. Don't hold me to that as I don't have a GMT900 to test them on or get measurements from.

Alright my guy just emailed me and said they are ready but they close in 30 min. So Monday I'll pick them up and ship the preorders for whoever has already paid.

I got mine installed and got the wheels to fit. My wheels measure 13.12" ID and I had to do minimal grinding and they clear by almost .25". I just need to get the tires on and get a few pics installed.

Here are a few pics of how much I had to grind down.

Wow those are going to look killer. Looks like even with that small of an inner diameter, you really are sufficing any structural integrity in the calipers. You still have a lot of meat on that caliper. Glad it worked out for you!!
