Sent payment on 12-18-09 for $75 through paypal for a set of 7.400 harden pushrods. He responds back on 12-27-09 that "Payment received. I will get you shipping information tomorrow". No replie back from him which he stated he was going to do and no pushrods in the mail. I sent him three PM's and still no reply. Looks like I am outta $75 and a set of pushrods. :mad:

have u contacted paypal??
if u have not recieved any thing from him they should take care of u.

Well after I filed a claim with paypal today I finally got a response back today from rst06rado, I told him just to send the money back to my paypal. Hopefully I get my money. Keep yall posted!

last message was received on 1-7-10. I told him to go ahead and return my money through paypal. Still no response and no money. Hopefully paypal can take care of this for me. This guy needs to be banned as I am not the only to be screwed over!!

na i dont think ive ever got any thing from him, i bought my headers from my local speed shop

They are the biggest POS Company that I have ever seen. They do not protect the innocent, they protect the scammers. I've been burnt before by them and they will do absolutely nothing even when you have all the proof in the world that you are in the right.

Btw, how did you pay via PayPal? (credit card, debit card, checking?)
If you use your credit card, Paypal will throw up a red flag at you saying they cannot protect you if you use this form of payment. Well guess what, they don't protect even after they say they will but my credit card comp will. Just have them issue a charge back against Paypal and you'll get your money. Happened to me.

It was through my bank.... What you sugguest I do?

I sent him an email this morning asking him to respond. I'll give him a few days before dropping the hammer permanently.

Talk to them but I doubt they will/can do much. :(

I have come in contact with his bro-inlaw about this situation. His bro-inlaw even offered to take care of the $75. I have tried every means to get my money back contacted paypal, constant pm's back and forth. Just feel like I am getting no where with the Matt Nelson(rst06rado). So just gonna cut my losses and be sure to leave negative feedback so future buyers can beware.

I guess $75 means a lot more to me. I had a guy on ebay try and screw me out of $17. A week after he stopped responding to me, I emailed and called the dealership he worked at and talked to him in person and threatened to call his supervisor. I got my money back real quick.

People get scared when you find out where they live, where the work, what their name is, what they drive, etc.

Yea his excuse was always,"it just $75, you cant go broke on $75". Doesnt matter the dollar figure. I wake up and go to work every morning and work for my money and when someone tells you its no big deal, just a few bucks I get pissed. I have done a google search for Matt Nelson of Conneticut, tried contacting paypal and they cant disclose his information. running out of resources.

But the point of it is, is that is YOUR 75 dollars. Not HIS. Hope this faggot crashes his car while not wearing his seat belt.

Who said anything about doing anything stupid? I wouldn't go to the guy's house with a shotgun over $75.

However, if his boss is getting calls about one of his employees, the guy is getting hundreds of junkmail letters and gay porn magazines in the mail, his phone is getting bombarded with telemarketers and he gets 1000 text messages a day, he'll eventually have some incentive to stop.
