This self described "God of Tuning!" has kept me waiting more than 2mos for his tuning act! I sent a new PCM with baseline tune at his request for him to begin work on about 5wks ago and my vehicle has been gathering dust waiting for him. HE DOESN'T RETURN CALLS from me or my builder (who has gone out of his way to help Chuck several times!). I have found another more reliable tuner, but Chuck is sitting on my PCM and not responding to msgs. He has cost me time and money and my patience with his sloppy service has worn out! He MAY have some knowledge of tuning, but he's no veteran, and has no idea how to treat customers. I have no doubt he'll have excuses, but trust that he has really done the circle jerk on me!

You should go over there and F*ck him up. Thats what I would do. But then again, I just like hitting people in the face.

 

Sorry about your shitty experience. I have moved this to "member feedback". Please keep the aggressive posts out, or the chance to get this kind of info out in the public will disappear.
