friend has a 2003 Harley and wants to swap out the pulley to get more boost and also get it tuned in Houston. Where to buy the pulley and where to tune it, thanks

Look up Troyer Performance for Ford forced induction upgrades and tuning. They use SCT and tune according to datalogs you send them.
