Lives and hours away and we made a deal over the phone. Had trouble getting up to Clarksville, TN, but said he still wanted it. I took a chance since I was in no rush to sell. I was able to make it to Nashville for a family day trip and he met up to close out the deal, with cash. He is a man of his word, trust worthy, and an LS fan!
