John used to be awesome, but now he has wasted 4+ months with story after story on a supercharger i purchased from him/Five Mile Auto. When he finally got it in, I asked for pictures. None have ever been sent, although there were many excuses why he couldn't send them. A week after that, he sent the supercharger to me. Lost tracking. As expected at this point, the supercharger is lost in the mail. No pics, no tracking, scam. This has been reported to the BBB as well, which he ignored. Has now told me I can wait for a refund because I made his life hard.
