paid 10/2/13, the transmission showed up back at his place on the day it was supposed to arrive at my place. since then, it has been constant excuses. he would not ship the transmission until recently. now the excuses have stopped and i have no communication. all this time, i have never been provided a tracking number so i cannot verify his stories. i keep PM records, so i have proof. unfortunately, i cannot open a paypal dispute to get my money back since it is past the 45 day limit. i will have to go through my credit card company.

also, in lieu of tracking number, he tells me that he is shipping through central freight. well, i called central freight and there is no package headed to my location.
