I will try to keep this as brief as possible, despite the fact that there are A LOT of things that went wrong with this transaction.
I sent payment on June 23, 2013. There was no communication from the seller until June 26, 2013; his excuse: "I work 12 hours". On June 28, 2013, I gave him a deadline of close of business on July 1, 2013 to provide a tracking number for the parts I paid for; his response: "OK sir". July 1, 2013 arrives with no tracking number; I ask him if he's forgetting something that he owed me, his response: "no". Then he called and said he's sending the tracking number via text, which he did.
The parts (two qa1 shocks part # gs502) arrived on July 9, 2013, adequately packaged with no damage to the box. I removed the shocks and noticed that one of them was leaking hydraulic fluid from underneath the adjustment knob. When I removed the adjustment knob hardware from the shock, instead of finding the plunger assembly that's supposed to be there, I instead found a small ball of string jammed inside of it (I can't even make that kind of stuff up). This prompted me to remove the adjustment hardware for the other shock; and while it wasn't leaking, it was also missing parts. Basically I received two junk shocks that I don't even know whether or not they can be rebuilt.
To summarize, I had to flat out badger the seller into shipping the shocks, and it still took him 8 days. It took another 8 days for the shocks to arrive, and the shocks that I paid $180.25 for are junk, and he knowingly sold them to me that way. Even if he took the shocks back and refunded me, paid to have the shocks rebuilt (if that's even possible), or bought me a pair of new shocks, that still doesn't account for knowingly selling junk parts and representing them as functional pieces. Not only will I never buy from this seller again, I intend to go to whatever lengths required to ensure he never sells another part online again.
For the staff/moderators: the seller has a way of deleting threads that shine a bad light on him (i.e. the for sale thread I provided the link to above), as this isn't the only case where he's been less than forthright in his dealing here. I urge the staff/moderators to investigate him and his pattern of behavior on this board and request that he be banned. Thanks in advance.

I know that I took time shipping out the shocks, I apologize for any inconvenience that I caused you, but to clarify a few things about the shocks I have never put them on my car, especially did not take the time to take a part a shock and put "string" in side of it and they were not leaking fluid. I apologize again that this transaction didn't go as planned. I received the shocks used from someone, I got new ones for my car, I didn't need the set I sold you. I didn't know that they were "junk or useless".

To make sure you said what I think you said, which is that "you never put them on your car"; that IS what you just said, right?

Now, would you care to revise your BS statement? Don't go trying to delete that thread now that you've been had because the admins/moderators read these, and it's been "archived" just like the for sale thread you tried to delete for these junk QA1s.
You're saying you didn't know these shocks were junk, kind of like the junk torque converter you tried to flip for a profit on here a couple years ago before you even owned it.

Good luck trying to delete that thread to try and cover your tracks. You're done on here. I'm going to see to it personally.

As you can see, the end for you on this board is very near.

You might as well start thinking about another username. If you need help with that, I've got a list of them for you already. Even if you try that, the moderators still have ways to tell who you are, so there's no way around this for you; the fat lady is standing at the microphone.
Do you remember when I told you not to play dumb and mess with me son? Do you believe me yet?

I have never tried to get over on anyone..especially not on LS1 tech. If thats goal to try and get me removed from the site, frankly its not the end of the world. I sell alot of LS1 parts, I sell on ebay, where I am a power seller. When it comes to the converter, I payed for it and was going to resell it, there is no harm in finding good deals and making money.
