After recieving $700 from him via paypal for a set of wheels, I shipped them to him. After he got the wheels he called his credit card company and disputed the transaction saying he never authorized payment. I even have UPS tracking #'s showing he himself signed for them. Paypal then froze my account and sent the funds back to him. Since then he will not return my emails or PM's. Now he has the wheels and my $700.
